This was the first thing we saw when we arrived at the house for the first time.
The view from the house across the valley with the village of Petritoli in front of us. We knew immediately that we found our dream home.
After 2 years of restoration and a lot of tender, love and care we opened Casa Petritoli in the summer of 2024.

The house and surroundings
Casa Petritoli is a traditional and spacious farmhouse with modern, contemporary interior. Fully renovated in 2024.
A large 10x4m swimming pool, air conditioning, fully covered veranda with outdoor BBQ and stone pizza oven. Ideal for families and friends.
Great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the amazing views overlooking the valley and the mountains.
Outdoor dining in our large and fully fenced garden with total privacy with a 40sqm terrace and a our balcony with gorgeous views. 10mins drive to nearest villages with shops, bars and restaurants and about 15km to the nearest beach.
The whole house has been completely refurbished with a new roof, doors and windows. The kitchen and main bathrooms have been completely renovated and the large open plan living & dining rooms area is directly connected to the garden, hallway and kitchen. The 2 large fireplaces make the place extremely cosy in the winter and invite you to enjoy even the cooler month as well.
Outside is a large covered terrace with a huge dining area overlooking the beautiful valley and the village of Petritoli. Right next to it you find the traditional pizza oven and a gas BBQ.
The garden is about 5000 sqm and completely fenced. We have about 40 Olive trees, orange, fig and lemon trees as well as pomegranate, grapes and a large aloe vera cactus.
The area offers the best of Italy in one, unspoilt area. With a view over the rolling hills and mountains of Le Marche you can enjoy a hike or a swim in a mountain lake within an hour from the house. If you fancy a trip to the nearest beach or a spot of lunch by the sea, you have plenty of beaches to choose from within under 30mins drive.
You are surrounded by local villages with a variety of vine bars, restaurants, markets and cafes to choose from. Or just stay by the pool and enjoy the view.
